Refund Policy

Church Licenses are sold by Jake Labrador, doing business as Big Room Games, Winter Garden, Florida, USA. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are handled by us directly. Email [email protected].

• Yearly Church License: full refund within 30 days of the first purchase, no questions asked. Renewals: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• Monthly: cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund partial months, but email us if something went wrong.
• It didn't work on Sunday? Email us. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
• How: reply to your receipt email or email [email protected] with your order email. We issue approved refunds through Stripe to the original payment method; they usually appear within 5–10 business days. The license key is deactivated when refunded.
